These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Optic Suit website and the purchase of our products. Optic Suit reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate. Product images are for illustration purposes only and actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturer updates.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period. Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Payments must be completed using the secure payment methods available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected serviceable locations. Additional COD or delivery charges may apply for remote locations. Any applicable charges will be displayed before order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances. Optic Suit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, natural disasters, or other unavoidable events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Exchange is available only for damaged, defective, incorrect products or approved size/fit issues.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and returned with original packaging, invoice and accessories.
• Products damaged due to misuse, scratches, accidental damage or normal wear & tear are not eligible for exchange.
• Prescription eyewear, prescription lenses, contact lenses and customised products are not eligible unless defective or delivered incorrectly.
• If the exchange product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
• No refund will be provided if the exchanged product is of lower value.
• Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval by Optic Suit.

6. Contact Lens

Contact lenses are hygiene-sensitive products and are supplied only in sealed, original packaging. Customers are advised to check the lens power, type, quantity and product details carefully before placing an order.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for contact lens orders. Contact lens orders must be paid online at the time of placing the order.
• Contact lenses are not eligible for return or exchange once the package has been opened or the seal has been broken.
• Returns or exchanges may be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or delivered in a different power/type than ordered.
• Any issue with the product must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The contact lens box, seal, packaging, invoice and other accessories must be kept intact for an eligible return or exchange.
• Opened, used, damaged, scratched or contaminated contact lenses are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct prescription/power and other required lens details while placing the order.
• Optic Suit is not responsible for incorrect prescription details entered or provided by the customer.
• Customers should use contact lenses only as advised by a qualified eye-care professional and follow the manufacturer's usage and care instructions.
• For any defective or incorrect contact lens product, customers may be required to provide photographs, packaging details or other information for verification.
• All contact lens return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Optic Suit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Optic Suit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting customer data and ensuring secure online transactions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
